Due to the ongoing problems with malicious e-mail, we have some suggestions to improve the chances of receiving your legitimate message.
Please be sure you use a legitimate "from" name and URL, we won't accept e-mail from hornydude or such; and also a legitimate subject line, we tend to trash "hi" along with the garbage like "make your wife happy tonight".
If you want a reply, please be sure if you are on an ISP that requires authorization for incoming e-mail that "rpca.com" is on your authorized list. We've had many replies rejected by your ISP's because we were not authorized by you.
And if we don't get back to you, it is probably because something, somewhere intercepted your e-mail. It is not that we are ignoring you. If after a reasonable time after you have sent us an e-mail you have not received a reply, please use the phone.
