Aspiring & accomplished railroaders under 30 can attend the 2023 conference for FREE
WHAT IS RPCA? - The Railroad Passenger Car Alliance is a 501(c)(6) business alliance dedicated to fostering and assisting in the preservation, display, and operation of rail passenger equipment and museums preserving the history of rail transportation in North America.
HOW DO I ATTEND FOR FREE? - The William Fuehring Fund has one purpose, that is to make it easier for younger individuals to become active in the railroad industry. The fund will pay 100% of the cost of a candidate to travel to and attend the annual RPCA conference. This includes: hotel accommodations, attendance at any of the seminars, the annual banquet and any additional activities. Complete information and a scholarship application can be found online.
To be eligible you must:

Be 19-30 years old.

Have not previously participated in the program.

Submit an essay on why RPCA should consider you to be part of the program.

Submit a completed application no later than November 20th.

Be able to attend the next scheduled conference in January.
Applications must be submitted no later than November 20th. All applications will be reviewed by the Fund committee. If you are selected, you will be notified by December 10th.
