Railcar Insurance Program

RPCA initiated its Railcar Insurance Program to make railroad equipment ownership easier and more affordable for individuals. The program provides RPCA members with an economical source of liability and physical damage coverage.

RPCA’s insurance program insures hundreds of pieces of rolling stock moving or stored across the United States. The program is used to insure equipment owned by individuals, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses. Access to the program is a cornerstone of RPCA’s many membership benefits, join today!

Applying is easy and can be done through any of our program administrators: United Shortline Insurance, Borden Perlman Insurance Managers (CBIZ McRail), and Hamman-Miller-Beauchamp-Deeble (HMBD).
