To participate in any RPCA Membership Services, the legal car owner, company, or organization must be a member of RPCA.

Here are the steps to renew your membership with RPCA in the membership portal.

1.    Go to: https://www.dynamicticketsolutions.com/rpca/

2.    Your username is the email address we have on file for you.

3.    The temporary Password is rpca2023.  After you enter that password, it will trigger you to change to a password of your choice.

4.    Once the RPCA Membership Portal opens in the upper right-hand side, it will say “Welcome” and will show your membership level and the expiration date for your dues. The next line will be “renew now.” Click on the link and follow the steps to renew your membership.

5.    Once your payment has been made, on the home screen to the left of the menu bar, you will see “Home,” “My Account,” “Membership Certificate,” “ Membership List” and “Logout.” Click on “Membership Certificate” to print your certificate or download it to your computer.

6.    If you wish to pay via Check, print out the renewal page and mail it in with your check to RPCA Membership, P.O. Box 67. Cordele, GA 31010.

Members will be bound by the RPCA Members Code of Conduct, available by clicking here. Dues are considered delinquent on July 1st. Make check payable to RPCA or renew online below. All membership-related mailings should be directed to:

  • International Individual: $60.00/yr

  • International Corporate: $60.00/yr

    All membership levels have the option of joining CUPS

Renew by July 1st to continue your membership uninterrupted

Tax Deductions

The RPCA is a 501(c)(6) not for profit business alliance. Contributions to the RPCA are non-deductible for Federal tax purposes. Dues payments may be deductible as an ordinary business expense. Consult with your tax advisor for deductibility in your specific circumstance.

International Applicants

International applicants must remit dues via check (payable to “Railroad Passenger Car Alliance” and issued in U.S. funds) to:
